Odimma Therapeutics and myNEO announced a strategic clinical collaboration focused on advancing the development of ODI-2001, Odimma’s personalized DNA-based cancer immunotherapy platform.
The collaboration combines Odimma Therapeutics’ synthetic DNA immunotherapy technology with myNEO’s artificial intelligence-driven neoantigen discovery platform to support the identification and selection of patient-specific neoantigen targets designed to generate strong anti-tumor immune responses.
The agreement supports the future clinical development of ODI-2001 in solid tumors through planned Phase I and Phase II clinical studies.
ODI-2001 is designed to encode multiple patient-specific neoantigens selected through AI-powered analysis of each tumor’s mutational profile, with the objective of generating precise and durable personalized immune responses.
The collaboration further reinforces Odimma Therapeutics’ platform strategy combining artificial intelligence, synthetic DNA technologies and scalable personalized immunotherapy development.
The initial clinical program is expected to evaluate ODI-2001 in patients with advanced solid tumors in France while supporting translational oncology research associated with the study.
