Odimma Therapeutics has secured €2 million in seed financing to support the advancement of ODI-2001, the company’s next-generation personalized immunotherapy platform candidate, toward first-in-human clinical development.

The financing round was supported by Capital Grand Est, Alsace Business Angels, Angels Santé, historical shareholders, new private investors and Bpifrance, reinforcing confidence in Odimma Therapeutics’ long-term platform vision and oncology development strategy.

In recent months, Odimma Therapeutics successfully completed proof-of-activity studies across several difficult-to-treat preclinical cancer models while simultaneously securing the pharmaceutical manufacturing process supporting ODI-2001.

The ODI-2001 platform combines AI-driven neoantigen prediction, synthetic DNA technologies and personalized immune activation strategies developed through a network of strategic biotechnology and manufacturing partnerships, including myNEO (Belgium), Touchlight (United Kingdom) and ABL Europe (France).

Current activities are focused on preparing the company’s Phase I clinical trial in patients with advanced solid tumors, including regulatory interactions, toxicology studies, manufacturing readiness and clinical operations.

The company also continues to strengthen its research and development activities to expand scientific data generation and intellectual property supporting the future evolution of its personalized immunotherapy technologies.

“The renewed support of historical shareholders and the engagement of new investors is a strong mark of confidence in the progress achieved by the company and its collaborators,” said Dr Jean-Marc Limacher, Chairman of Odimma Therapeutics. “This financing represents an important step toward bringing ODI-2001 into the clinical stage of development.”

This financing milestone represents a significant step in Odimma Therapeutics’ transition toward clinical-stage oncology development while reinforcing the company’s position within the emerging precision immunotherapy ecosystem.
